Lausanne Hockey Club, one of Switzerland’s biggest sporting attractions, needed a new ticketing solution to revitalize its relationship with fans and help it deliver on its cloud-first strategy
A ticketing platform needs to scale quickly to handle variable customer demand and be flexible enough to meet the needs of diverse customer audiences. Using SECUTIX, LHC can control all aspects of its ticket sales, from price and ticket type to adding tickets for new events. SECUTIX gives the club the independence to sell and manage its own tickets, letting it develop its own packages.

Using AWS, it can scale to meet demand for major events, such as European Football Women's Championship 2022, European Football Championship 2020 and the British Grand Prix, and provide customers with data and tools to better understand and engage with their audiences
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the platform adapted easily to changing demand when live events were canceled. SECUTIX and its customers scaled down resources to save money during the downturn.
